Winible’s mission is to be the hub for the sports betting ecosystem, creating opportunities for creators to monetize their expertise and content while providing consumers with a curated destination for discovering sports picks, content, and communities. As such, we've built the leading e-commerce ecosystem for sports betting expertise, leveraging a B2B2C model that benefits from self-reinforcing network effects. Over the past 12 months, we’ve been experiencing massive growth, having processed 8 figures of sales and quickly heading to 9.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a product-obsessed Senior Product Designer to join our lean and mean team and help define the future of Winible. You’ll own everything from early customer discovery and opportunity identification to prototyping, UX flows, and production-ready UI that ships fast and feels delightful.

You have exceptional product taste and strong craft. You notice when spacing is off by two pixels, when an interaction doesn’t quite “click,” and when a flow is creating unnecessary friction or confusion. You can work within a design system (and strengthen it), create or source beautiful assets, and partner tightly with product and engineering to get from desired outcome → shipped product → iteration.

You leverage the latest AI tooling to scale your impact. You embrace these new technologies and actively incorporate them into your workflows—whether for research synthesis, generating UI variants, creating assets, writing microcopy, stress-testing edge cases, or even making small code edits when needed.

We strongly prefer designers who are avid sports bettors and/or sports fans, or who have worked in sports gaming companies in the past. The best designs here come from deep empathy for the culture, the psychology, and the moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer development & opportunity identification: talk to users, dig into behavior and pain points, map journeys, and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Interaction & UX design: design clear, efficient flows across web and mobile surfaces; simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down.
• UI design: produce high-fidelity Figma designs with strong typography, layout, motion/interaction intent, and attention to detail.
• Design System maintenance: contribute to and extend our component library, patterns, and guidelines; ensure consistency without slowing velocity.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership to support customers and deliver outcomes.
• Asset creation & sourcing: create/source beautiful visuals (illustrations, icons, UI textures, marketing-like assets when needed) using AI or traditional tools.
• Marketing design support: partner with Growth/Marketing to create or adapt on-brand assets for initiatives like lifecycle emails, promos, landing pages, and social/creator-facing materials

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio of shipped work (consumer products preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to design across the full product development lifecycle: customer discovery → solution testing → production UI/UX → post-ship iteration.
• Expert-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping, libraries).
• AI-forward mindset required: you actively use AI tools to multiply output/quality, and ideally can make small edits in the codebase.
• Strong preference for someone who is an avid sports bettor, sports fan, and/or has experience in sports gaming (sportsbook, DFS, sweepstakes, fantasy, picks communities, etc.).
• Adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
