Role Overview

We’re looking for a product-obsessed full-stack engineer to join our lean and mean development team. You’ll own everything from data model design and API endpoints to front-end development, working hand-in-hand with product and design to deliver experiences that feel fast, intuitive, and delightful. You have a sharp engineering mind and a good eye. You notice when spacing is off by two pixels, when a query runtime can be cut in half, and when an edge case will bite us later. You’re comfortable taking a feature from concept / desired outcome to done, making light UX decisions and working within a design system to ship high quality product.

You leverage the latest AI tooling to scale your impact. You embrace these new technologies and actively work to incorporate them into your workflows - whether for code reviews, writing tests, writing small features, doing analysis, etc.

We are looking for an engaged and committed senior engineering contributor who is ready to help our business through this next phase of explosive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end feature delivery: take business needs from concept → architecture → code → automated tests → launch → iteration.
• Back-end development: design clean data models (Postgres), author performant Node.js/TypeScript APIs, and write queries that scale.
• Front-end development: build high quality React/Next.js interfaces following designs tightly (when available, or filling in the gaps when not!), handle state elegantly, and load fast.
• Quality & performance: enforce code reviews, test coverage, observability hooks, and continuous performance tuning.
• Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with Product, Design, Customer Success, and the executive team to support our customers
• AI-enabled velocity: use modern AI tooling to accelerate reviews, generate unit tests, automate repetitive tasks, and push out high-quality product, faster.

Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping production software, with at least 4 years in a full-stack role.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js/React, and modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or similar).
• Strong data-modeling capabilities and comfortable with SQL (Postgres preferred).
• Experience writing automated tests (Jest, Playwright/Cypress) and owning CI workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS serverless primitives (Lambda, SQS, RDS) is a must, expertise is a plus
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and communicate effectively with engineering, design, product, and other stakeholders
• Adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
