Winible’s mission is to be the hub for the sports betting ecosystem, creating opportunities for creators to monetize their expertise and content while providing consumers with a curated destination for discovering sports picks, content, and communities. As such, we've built the leading e-commerce ecosystem for sports betting expertise, leveraging a B2B2C model that benefits from self-reinforcing network effects. Over the past 12 months, we’ve been experiencing massive growth, having processed 8 figures of sales and quickly heading to 9.
Role Overview
This is not your typical marketing role. You’ll be the first full-time marketing leader at Winible. It’s part growth hacker, part brand builder, part content operator. You’ll architect and execute the strategy to bring both creators and bettors into the Winible ecosystem, working across every channel that matters: social, email, paid, influencer, partnerships, IRL content, and beyond.
You’ll own the growth engine end-to-end, from helping stand up attribution that tells us what’s actually working, to launching campaigns that flood our sales team’s inboxes with interested customers. One day you might be building a high-converting onboarding flow, the next you’re cutting a reel from a Miami watch party, then spinning up a paid test to scale it.
We’re looking for someone who can think like a strategist, build like a creator, and execute like an operator. If you love blending data with storytelling, and your idea of fun is turning chaos into traction then this is your role.
Responsibilities
Strategy, KPIs & Reporting
- Own marketing OKRs and channel forecasts
- Stand up clean attribution and weekly reporting across our acquisition and monetization funnels
Omnichannel Campaigns
- Plan and ship on-site promos (banners, blog posts, feature launches) and off-site pushes (IG, X/Twitter, email, SMS, eventual paid).
- Critically, this includes creating and executing email campaigns independently.
Content Engine
- Produce/oversee 15-20+ video pieces per month: testimonials, reels, case studies, feature spotlights.
- Coordinate a contracted videographer/editor to capture our IRL events and turn them into awareness assets.
Social Ownership
- Run Winible’s Instagram and Twitter: regular posting cadence, community interaction, and consistent iteration
Do-It-Yourself Execution
- You’re the marketing team of one (plus part-time creative resources). Need a promo reel by tomorrow? A landing page tweak? A Figma banner? You roll up sleeves and ship.
Cross-Functional Partner
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align launch calendars, creator outreach, and monetization campaigns.
Qualifications
- 6+ years full-stack marketing in high-growth SaaS/marketplace environments; 2+ years leading a team or the function solo
- Hands-on execution across social video, email & SMS campaigns, basic design/video editing, and attribution tools (GA, Amplitude, etc.).
- Highly analytical. We expect you to make data-driven decisions and fight for consistent, clean data across all of our channels.
- Deep interest in sports betting or sports. If you don’t already know our target audience, this won’t be a good match.
