The Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes developing and implementing financial plans, managing the budget, and overseeing financial reporting. The Controller also works closely with the other members of the management team to ensure that the company is operating in a financially sound manner.
Mortgage Industry experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans
- Manage the budget
- Oversee financial reporting
- Work with the other members of the management team to ensure that the company is operating in a financially sound manner
- Provide financial analysis and advice to the management team
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements
- Manage the company's cash flow
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- CPA or other professional accounting designation
- 5+ years of experience in financial management
- Mortgage Industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
