Property Accountant
Commercial Real Estate- Direct Hire! Great Place to work!
Commercial Real Estate Management company has an opening for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will report directly to the COO of the company. Fun team oriented office environment, Work life balance. Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-5:30PM schedule.
Duties:
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Manage Financial reporting and GL for multiple commercial properties.
- JE’s, reconciliations, Balance Sheet, Month-end close.
- Analyze and explain the P&L
- Oversee two other accounting members
- Team oriented approach.
- Be a positive collaborative influence.
Background and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in accounting and/or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years commercial property accounting experience
- Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Excel
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Good communications and organization skills
