Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has empowered more than 100 million people to create original songs. In 2025, we raised a $250 million Series C to accelerate product innovation and international growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a savvy influencer marketing specialist who lives and breathes creator culture. In this role, you'll own and execute influencer marketing campaigns across short-form and long-form content, working cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to drive both top-of-funnel awareness and product-specific growth. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand, music and the creators who amplify it.
Plan, launch, and optimize influencer campaigns across formats and platforms — from short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to long-form YouTube partnerships — driving both top-of-funnel awareness and measurable outcomes like app downloads and paid subscription conversion.
Analyze campaign performance across key metrics (CPM, engagement rates, CAC, CPC) and partner with internal teams to connect influencer activity to broader business KPIs, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns and creator selection.
Develop compelling creative briefs that translate brand and product goals into creator-friendly concepts, staying deeply plugged into creator culture, platform trends, and the evolving music/entertainment landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to align influencer efforts with broader company goals, and lead contract negotiations and deal terms with creators and partners.
Build and maintain creator databases tracking contact info, deliverables, posting schedules, performance metrics, and campaign history to inform ongoing strategy and streamline partner management.
Manage operational workflows end-to-end — coordinating content review and approvals between internal stakeholders and creators, maintaining organized records of contracts and usage rights, and minimizing revision cycles to keep campaigns on schedule.

What You’ll Need
3–4 years of hands-on experience planning, executing, and measuring influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end — from creator identification and outreach through content delivery, performance tracking, and reporting
Prior experience at an agency, influencer platform, or in-house brand team, with a working understanding of how both the brand side and creator side operate
Deep, intuitive understanding of creator culture and online communities, with the ability to authentically speak the language of the audiences we're trying to reach
Comfortable navigating the business side of influencer partnerships — including contract negotiation, rate benchmarking, budget management, and timeline coordination
A self-starter who thrives working independently and takes ownership of projects, while knowing when and how to collaborate, escalate, and communicate across teams
Genuine passion for music, technology, or ideally both
AI-curious mindset — you're not just open to AI tools, you actively experiment with them (Claude, Claude Code, etc.) to streamline and enhance your daily workflow
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools such as CreatorIQ, Grin, Creator.co, or similar
