About Suno

Suno is a music company built to amplify imagination, where ideas flow into sound and songs become yours. We recently introduced Suno Studio, the world’s first Generative Audio Workstation, fundamentally reimagining how music is created. Whether you’re a hobbyist producer, a professional composer, or an artist pushing into new sonic territory, Suno Studio adapts to your creative process. It delivers professional-grade power with an interface designed for flow, making serious music creation accessible to anyone with a vision.

About the Role

We're looking for the creative and technical heart of Suno's writing camps and studio activations, building engaging educational experiences for musicians, producers, songwriters, and artists. This role sits at the intersection of music production and technology, and assists participants in exploring how Suno can be integrated into their existing workflows to expand possibilities. Working closely with the Artist Partnerships team, this role executes and scales writing camps and studio partnerships, ensuring each experience delivers exceptional creative outcomes while gathering insights that shape Suno's product roadmap.

The Manager, Writing Camps & Studio Demos is equally comfortable in a recording studio as they are collaborating with product managers and engineers, and can effectively translate complex technical features into creative inspiration for top-tier musical talent.

Here's a song we made about it: https://suno.com/s/bTdygEUYMtCHYj1g

What You’ll Do

  • Execute end-to-end writing camp and studio activation experiences: managing technical setup, on-site logistics, and creative facilitation from pre-production through post-camp wrap

  • Serve as the primary liaison and educator during camps and studio activations, providing live demos, hands-on guidance, and real-time troubleshooting to help artists integrate Suno into their creative workflows

  • Demonstrate how AI tools can augment different stages of the music-making process, helping artists identify opportunities to accelerate ideation, production, and experimentation

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to stay current on product developments, beta test new features in creative settings, and communicate artist needs and feedback

  • Document and synthesize learnings from each camp, translating artist feedback, technical issues, and creative discoveries into actionable product insights for internal teams

  • Support the Director of Artist Partnerships in refining camp and studio activation approaches based on hands-on learnings and artist feedback

  • Travel frequently to writing camps across the United States and occasionally internationally, managing all on-site production and technical elements

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience at music or technology companies, with ability to bridge creative and technical domains fluently

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill technical concepts to creative audiences, and translate creative needs into technical requirements

  • Background as a musician, producer, and/or artist

  • Expert-level knowledge of music production, studio operations, recording techniques, and contemporary music-making workflows across multiple genres

  • Strong track record of building relationships with artists, producers, recording studio staff, music industry professionals, with credibility in creative communities

  • Passion for the intersection of music, creativity, and emerging technology, with genuine enthusiasm for empowering artists to explore how AI can serve as a creative tool in the hands of artists

  • Experience with Suno as a creative tool, or proven ability to rapidly master new music production platforms

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Music, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

  • Willingness to travel up to 80% for writing camps, studio activations, industry events, and meetings

Additional Notes:

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US

  • Must be able to work 5 days per week at our Los Angeles office (when not traveling for writing camps or studio activations)
