About Suno

Suno is a music company built to amplify imagination. Powered by the world’s most advanced AI music model, Suno offers an unparalleled creative platform that includes Suno Studio, a breakthrough generative audio workstation. From shower-singers to aspiring songwriters to seasoned artists, Suno empowers a global community to create, share, and discover music—unlocking the joy of musical expression for all.

About the Role

We’re looking for our first Executive Business Partner (EBP) in New York to support our Chief Music Officer and Music teams— a creative, operational, and strategic powerhouse role at the heart of our growing music organization. This isn’t a standard assistant position as it’s a chance to help scale an organization that bridges AI innovation, artist collaboration, and the future of music creation.

You’ll operate as a trusted right hand to the CMO; managing priorities, driving operational excellence, and creating the systems that enable our artists, executives, and teams to thrive.

  • Coordinate logistics and hospitality for artists, VIPs, and executive events including writing camps, showcases, and industry meetings.

  • Oversee invoicing, billing, and light legal administration (artist contracts, content agreements, consultant documentation) with Legal and Finance.

  • Build and maintain CRM systems to track artist relationships, industry partners, and creative collaborations.

  • Help implement scalable tools, systems, and workflows as the music organization grows.

  • Draft and manage internal communications and external engagement initiatives (speaker series, panels, community events).

  • Partner with the CMO on artist and Music team special projects.

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, creative, or tech environment (music industry experience a plus).

  • Willingness and excitement for a role that will change daily, as the team and company scales and evolves.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience with Google Suite, especially Google Calendar.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think on your feet, be independently resourceful, and thrive in grey areas.

  • Deep understanding of executive operations of the music tech industry

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute on complex projects.

  • Background in travel coordination and building relationships with hotels & venues.

  • Sharp attention to detail.

  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
