About the Role

Our Head of Influencers & Partnerships will manage all paid and organic influencer programs, brand partnerships, & creator campaigns at Suno. This person will lead partnerships from beginning to end, with the ability to both create multi-program strategies and set KPIs, as well as execute on that strategy by getting in the weeds with contract negotiations, creating content briefs, and comms with creators. This person will have a passion for social media, networking/relationship building and brand storytelling. Must have experience crafting multi-channel partnership programs (including on IG, TT, X, Discord, Youtube, Twitch, & more) and an eye for highly engaging content. This person will be hyper-aware of the most up-to-date trends and creators (across tech, entertainment, streamers, music, TikTok, & more) in order to procure engaging content and brand mentions that supports launch campaigns and evergreen growth goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead paid and organic influencer partnerships: creating program strategies and executing, including managing outreach and negotiations, legal contracts and dealpoints, creator/agent relationships, content briefing, and timelines

  • Create and scale our creator/artists list; track and increase monthly earned social media mentions

  • Create and manage campaigns on multiple platforms (including X, Twitch, TikTok, Youtube, etc) to drive UGC and earned mentions

  • Proactively pitch and manage partnerships with other brands, creating opportunities for Suno to align with other products/artists

  • Build and foster authentic and engaged relationships keeping community, engagement and acquisition top of mind; utilize IRL + virtual comms (social DMs, emails, calls) fluidly

  • Use past experience and pulse on current social/competitive space to create and pitch influencer campaigns/programs to leadership and stakeholders

  • Analyze and report on earned metrics from paid + organic campaigns

  • Collaborate closely with product, social, growth and customer service teams

  • Plan and manage IRL and digital events with creators and musical artists

What You’ll Need

  • Be super proactive and self-led with a drive to win that stems from a passion for your craft

  • Results-driven experience activating content creators, influencers and celebrity partners; particularly on Twitch, TikTok, and other video and streaming platforms

  • Have a strong background in brand marketing; expertise in product storytelling

  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail

  • Experience managing and optimizing both large and small budgets

  • Expert ability to utilize and apply analytics & influencer campaign management software tools (ex. Impact) to track and report on data

  • Intuitive understanding of how to find the right content partners for the right campaign; and activating them for paid and organic features

  • Natural networking and social skills and ability to create authentic long term connections with creators and partners

The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $150,000 - 210,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
