About the Role
As a Paid Social Manager at Solace, you'll own and scale our paid social acquisition engine — managing Meta end-to-end while expanding into new channels like TikTok and Snapchat. You'll close the loop between creative and performance, and you'll do it hands-on: daily account work, budget decisions, campaign architecture, testing, and creative strategy.
Every optimization call you make will account for full-funnel impact — from CTR and CVR to show rates and LTV. You'll build out our process for creative reporting and iteration, work closely with our creative team, partner with data to keep measurement clean and decision-making grounded, and manage an associate.
What You’ll Do
Own Meta performance end-to-end: strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation.
Build a creative feedback loop with our brand team, leveraging tools like Motion to surface actionable insights.
Monitor full-funnel performance — not just platform KPIs — and diagnose what's driving wins and losses.
Partner with our CRO Specialist to align ad creative with landing page experience.
Own paid social tracking and measurement: pixel/CAPI health, lead quality signals, and UTM hygiene.
Collaborate with Data/Analytics to sharpen reporting and keep KPI definitions consistent.
Lead our expansion into TikTok and Snapchat.
Translate account performance into clear, usable insights for the broader team.

What You Bring to the Table
3–6+ years of paid social experience, with recent hands-on ownership of 7-figure+ Meta accounts.
Proven ability to optimize toward real business outcomes — not CTR and CPA in a vacuum.
Strong creative judgment: you can identify what's working and articulate why.
Deep fluency in tracking and measurement: Pixel + CAPI, event definitions, UTM hygiene, funnel reporting.
Experience in lead gen, healthcare, insurance, or other high-consideration verticals.
TikTok and/or Snapchat experience a plus.
