About the role...

We are looking for an Associate to join our Creator Growth team which fosters relationships with creators, founders, and partners for the ShopMy platform. This role plays a crucial part in streamlining our networking and pitch processes, ensuring effective prospecting and onboarding of new talent. This role will also provide administrative support to our VP, Creator Partnerships.

In this role, you should be adaptable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You also must be excited about being a brand ambassador for ShopMy.

Roles and responsibilities...
  • Maintain data integrity with ShopMy’s CRM (Hubspot) which entails ensuring key stakeholders are up to date on the pipeline.
  • Support our VP of Partnerships in an administrative capacity, ensuring her efficiency and alignment with immediate objectives
  • Attend pertinent internal and external meetings to capture comprehensive notes and track action items
  • Assist VP and other teammate’s in the day to day management of calendars, e-mail inboxes and scheduling for meetings and events.
  • Handle logistics and ensure timely follow-up on team projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Assist in the ongoing management of prospects, maintaining accurate records of creator deal stages within our CRM system to provide a clear representation of our pipeline.
  • Schedule demos in an excellent way
  • Prepare daily memos outlining upcoming calls and shop build progress
Your skills and attributes...
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Expertise with social media platforms and the creator economy.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests
  • Expert in Microsoft Office
  • Positive, entrepreneurial-minded, driven, eager to learn, and competitive team player

The compensation range for this position is $55,000- $65,000 annually
