The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager who will own and grow our customer success. You will ensure customers adopt our platform successfully, realize tangible business value, and expand usage over time. While your focus will be on post-sales, you will also occasionally partner in pre-sales conversations to onboard customers, provide account context, strategic insights, and solution expertise.
This is a foundational role for a customer-obsessed professional who can balance relationship management, business strategy, and tactical execution.
What You'll Own
Onboarding Execution
- Lead onboarding kickoffs and manage each step until the customer is live
- Document and streamline onboarding steps into repeatable playbooks
Customer Relationship & Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts after onboarding.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with executives and day-to-day stakeholders.
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and measurable ROI for customers.
Account Growth & Retention
- Monitor key success metrics to ensure customers reach or exceed their goals.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities (e.g, AI SDR) and partner with Sales to execute them.
- Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins with customers.
- Manage renewals and reduce churn risk through proactive engagement.
Customer Advocacy & Insights
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
- Advocate internally for customer needs while aligning with Scowtt’s roadmap.
- Create case studies, testimonials, and references with Marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services, ideally in Ad-tech, SaaS or data/analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of growing accounts, driving renewals, and achieving customer success outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link product value to customer objectives.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Highly organized, empathetic, and skilled at building trust.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.
- Bonus: familiarity with CRM tools, Google/META platforms, marketing automation platforms, Lookr and/or data analytics products.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $80,000 – $120,000 per year.
