The Role

At Rue Four our Solutions Engineer (SE) teams are the engine behind our growth. We’re looking for a Sales Solution Engineer who will sit at the intersection of Sales, business systems, data, and AI and build into workflows and systems that become the connective tissue of an organization.

Architecting software that makes 100’s of practices move faster and operate more intelligently.

You are deeply solutions-oriented, with both a business and analytical mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments and understand the workflows of complex operational systems ( in our case medical practices). You are curious to build better processes, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently and are obsessed with customers as much as we are.

The want to work very closely with Engineering and Product to scope and execute systems integrations, translating real-world workflows into scalable platform outcomes. You are deeply organized, thrive in ambiguity, and take full ownership of driving projects to completion. Curiosity drives you.

The work you’ll do: Identify, Realize and Scale Value

  • Onboarding & Implementation for medical practices: Own and lead adoption including database setup, training, integrations and coordination across internal and external teams to ensure smooth adoption and long‑term success.
  • Pre-sales: Anticipate customer needs and Partner with Sales and Engineering teams to architect solutions that connect data across the value chain on project scopes, timelines and deliverables in coordination with client stakeholders
  • Post-sales: Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating field feedback into actionable product requirements and feature requests.
  • Scalable Process Design: Standardize implementation frameworks and post-contracting lifecycles
  • Travel on-site to work closely with our customers, building deep relationships to understand their needs.

What you bring:

  • You have a track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and driving them to resolution. You understand how to impact the P&L through process improvement
  • Technical Fluency: Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications, and experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python is a strong plus.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to scope, plan and execute technical projects while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to clearly translate between technical detail and business context across various stakeholders with a high-degree of organization
  • Builder Mentality: You are comfortable working with ambiguity and setting your own direction within the team to achieve the best results.
  • Travel: Ability to travel onsite to manage implementation and develop meaningful customer relationships ( North America)
  • BA/ BS in Business, Operations or Engineering related field; MBA is a plus
