We’re hiring our Sales Lead, North America to build and lead a world‑class, high‑growth commercial engine across the region. You will own new business, account expansion, and GTM partnerships, with a mandate to scale a high‑performing sales organization and crack product–market fit.

Since this role will make a large impact on our team, we’re looking for someone with proven success in past sales and sales leadership roles such as achieving quota consistently, hiring and developing salespeople, experience with tech sales, and seeing the value of strong customer relationships within a sales process.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a high‑energy, commercially obsessed builder who loves being in the field with customers, medical practices, finance/ops teams as much as they enjoy designing the systems, processes, and sales strategy behind a top‑tier sales organization.

Who you are:

  • Proven sales leader: You bring significant experience leading high-growth B2B sales organizations, ideally within fintech,healthtech, payments, software, or technology, with direct ownership of new business generation and revenue expansion goals.
  • Strategic operator and systems thinker: You approach sales with discipline and structure, bringing strong experience across sales methodologies, discovery frameworks, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational systems that create consistency and scale.
  • Customer-obsessed and commercially minded: You enjoy spending time with customers, deeply understanding their business challenges, and structuring thoughtful, win-win solutions that create long-term value and trusted partnerships.
  • Curious, adaptable, and high-output: You learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and thrive in fast-moving environments where ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations are the norm.
  • Have experience setting org-level targets, managing leaders to KPIs, and building operating cadences (forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs) that drive performance
  • Have a proven track record, 8+ years of hitting or exceeding revenue targets, both personally and through teams you’ve led

What you will do:

  • Manage the GTM org to identify, target, pitch, and close high-quality campaigns and partnerships that will advance the business
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales process, efficiency, and productivity across the sales organization

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with a number of years of management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
  • Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships

Coach, develop, and inspire the team

  • Be a culture‑builder who sets a high‑energy, high‑ownership tone for the North America sales organization at Rue Speed.
  • Coach and develop ICs through structured 1:1s, deal reviews, and regular training on discovery, objection handling, and closing.
  • Instill a learning and experimentation mindset – continuously test new approaches, share learnings, and raise the bar on performance and craftsmanship.
