The Strategic Partnerships team plays an essential role in our vision, fostering strategic collaborations that introduce Rho to new audiences and provide significant value to our users.

In 2025, we're scaling up and venturing into new channels and need a dynamic executor dedicated to expanding our software partnerships. As a Strategic Partnerships Lead, you'll be instrumental in building new programs and driving revenue through innovative, scalable, and long-term collaborations.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage the end-to-end partnership life cycle for some of our biggest partners. You'll cultivate relationships with key partners and devise effective plans for co-marketing, enablement, integration, and business planning.

  • Initiate new software partnerships from ground zero, from HR software to incorporators and beyond.

  • Work cross-functionally. As the liaison between multiple departments, such as product, engineering, marketing, and events, you'll ensure our partnerships translate into differentiated experiences and scalable results.

  • Track, measure, and optimize referral conversion, partner impact, and performance.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business, marketing, or a similar field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in software partnerships, business development, investment banking, or management consulting.

  • Must have experience working on large-scale projects, relationships, partnerships or deals.

  • Understanding of ecosystems, networks, and operationalizing relationships toward commercial outcomes.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to resonate your message with different audiences.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and an innate curiosity about how businesses grow.

  • Experience with incorporation partners and HR partners is a plus.

  • Comfortable with moving timelines and stakeholder management.

Compensation & Benefits

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $165,000-$185,000 base. Additional variable compensation will be dependent on meeting referral and acquisition gaols. Total compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers healthcare benefits and paid time off.
