ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an exceptional operational leader with a strong background in building the team, processes, and technology stack that will support our Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams. This role reports to our SVP, Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with senior revenue leaders, implement and optimize revenue performance management processes to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth, including clearly defined and enforced ROE, success metrics, and seller expectations
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of revenue operations processes, including lead-to-cash, pricing, forecasting, and pipeline inspection
  • Drive data quality, integrity, standardization, and controls through rigorous process enforcement and data audits
  • Establish and maintain robust operational reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into key revenue metrics
  • Leverage insights and analysis to serve as a trusted business partner to Regal’s Senior Revenue Leaders and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize our tech stack to support scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making
  • Foster strong collaboration between sales, customer success, and partnerships to ensure a unified approach to revenue generation and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of operational and enablement professionals who are charged with: 1. Partnering with Senior Revenue Leaders to hit targets efficiently 2. Defining our GTM processes to ensure a scaled GTM motion with predictable outcomes 3. Ensuring our tech stack serves our sellers while also gathering the data needed to provide insights to the business
  • Responding to critical sales operations requests identifying the root causes and addressing them
  • Continuously coach, develop, and retain talent within the Revenue Operations team

ABOUT YOU:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in revenue operations (operations & enablement) within a SaaS/tech company with a track record of driving revenue growth (with BDR, AE, Channel, CS)
  • 5 years of people leadership experience; equally comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization from ICs to C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success operations, with expertise in revenue operations technologies and data analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required; MBA is a plus
  • Commissions responsibility

We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
