Marketing Operations Specialist (Lifecycle & Partner Enablement)
Parabolic Auto
About Us:
At Parabolic Auto, we’re making car ownership more affordable for everyone. Our flagship
product is a SaaS solution helping car dealerships boost their revenue, increase fixed ops profitability, and drive customer retention. In plain English: we help car dealerships make more money and improve customer loyalty by engaging with, marketing to, and selling a dealership's products to their existing customers. Our primary offering is a vehicle service contract that helps drivers protect themselves from costly and unexpected repairs.
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to own and operate the systems that power our marketing as we grow. This is a highly executional role for someone early-to-mid in their career who wants real responsibility, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in building things that scale.
You’ll spend most of your time setting up, running, and improving partner programs and campaigns end to end — from initial configuration to ongoing optimization. While you’ll work closely with senior leaders, this role is about owning outcomes, not waiting for instructions.
If you enjoy taking responsibility, building repeatable processes, and continuously improving how things work, we’d love to have you join our team.
Core Responsibilities:
We want you to own the operational backbone of our partner marketing programs. Day-to-day
responsibilities include:
● Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of partner marketing infrastructure, including white-labeled phone numbers, email domains, and related systems.
● Ensure the ongoing health, deliverability, and reliability of email, SMS, and voice communications.
● Audit partner campaigns and lifecycle journeys to identify underperformance, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
● Independently design, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue.
● Build, maintain, and trust the core reports and dashboards used to understand marketing and partner performance.
● Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ship
improvements and new capabilities.
● Create and refine documentation, standards, and processes so programs are easy to run, measure, and scale.
● Take full ownership of issues from discovery through resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
● Strong attention to detail and a desire to understand how systems work.
● Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards (you don’t need to be a data scientist, but comfort with SQL is a plus).
● Interest in marketing technology, operations, or lifecycle marketing.
● Clear written and verbal communication skills.
● A proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions.
● Ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through.
● Prior experience in marketing, operations, analytics, or a technical support role is helpful but not required.
What We Provide:
● Competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
● Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
● Opportunity to work on meaningful problems with real-world impact.
● Significant room for growth and increased responsibility as the company scales.
● A collaborative, candid, and supportive team environment.
