About the Job

As a Visual Designer at Niural, you will elevate the visual quality and consistency of the company’s product platform. You will work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to refine user interfaces, create bespoke visual assets, and ensure that every interaction reflects clarity and precision.

This role focuses on high-fidelity execution, iconography, illustration systems, and motion design within the product environment. You will help translate complex workflows into visually structured, polished, and cohesive experiences that support user understanding and trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a cohesive visual language across the Niural platform.
• Create custom icon systems and scalable illustrations that simplify complex financial and compliance concepts.
• Translate wireframes and product specifications into high-fidelity, pixel-precise UI designs.
• Apply advanced typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy principles to elevate product quality.
• Design motion and micro-interactions that enhance usability and provide meaningful user feedback.
• Produce product walkthroughs and feature demos that clearly communicate functionality and value.
• Contribute to and evolve Niural’s design system, including foundations, components, and visual assets.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure precise, production-ready implementation of designs and animations.
• Lead visual refinement during final stages of product releases to ensure consistency and polish.
• Ensure visual decisions align with product goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, or Motion Design within a product-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variables, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity product UI, custom iconography, and motion design applied to digital products.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating and delivering motion assets using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Principle, or similar.
• Working knowledge of front-end implementation constraints including HTML, CSS, and animation frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual precision.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for product craft and a desire to elevate the visual standard of a growing AI-native platform.
