About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Operations Assistant to support daily treasury and internal payment-related inquiries. This role works closely with finance, accounting, banking partners, and internal operations teams to ensure timely payments, reconciliations, and strong financial controls. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with financial data, and eager to learn treasury operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with auditing payment automation on ACH, wire transfers, checks, and international payments.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, transaction reports, and treasury system data.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end treasury close activities.
- Coordinate with accounting to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, and treasury policies.
- Respond to internal inquiries related to payments, cash balances, and treasury operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or operations (internships included)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, reconciliations, data analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and comfort handling sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ACH, wire transfers, and payment workflows.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or financial operations.
- Understanding of basic internal controls and audit requirements.
