About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding Nirvana’s presence within large healthcare provider groups. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and other key stakeholders to identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record of selling complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.
Location: NYC (In office 3 days per week)
What you’ll do
New Business Development: Identify and engage new enterprise clients within the healthcare sector, focusing on large provider groups and hospital systems.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with Nirvana’s growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, IT directors, and department heads.
Solution Selling: Understand the unique challenges and needs of each client, and effectively communicate how Nirvana’s platform can address those needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, secure agreements, and manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to close.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and support the successful implementation of our solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to continuously refine your approach and strategy.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue in Salesforce.
What we're seeking
Minimum qualifications:
Experience: 10-12 years in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within healthcare technology or a similar SaaS industry, and ideally in an early-stage company (Seed to Series C)
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas with enterprise clients, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare or similarly complex/relevant industry, including key challenges, regulatory environments, and market dynamics.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Bonus points:
Experience selling into large provider groups within specialities such as mental health, physical therapy, and weight management.
Established relationships with technology buyers at large healthcare provider groups.
A strong understanding of the health insurance industry.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. California/New Jersey/New York/Washington pay range
$300K-$375K USD OTE with a 50/50 split
