About Nirvana

Nirvana is on a mission to bring pay transparency to healthcare. Our Coverage API takes health insurance information and outputs a) whether someone is covered for care and b) how much that procedure is. By focusing on Coverage, Nirvana’s utilization has grown over 300% in the past 12 months alone in mental health, with early growth in other specialties, and on-track to support 30% of the mental health market by EOY.

As we continue to scale as a company, we are focusing on integrating our Coverage API directly into the existing systems our customers utilize today (known as Electronic Health Records, or "EHRs"). These integrations will lead to improved eligibility verification workflows for our customers, and ultimately provide patients with the pay transparency they need to seek care with confidence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling our existing integrations across customers, helping our customers with onboarding and ongoing support with bug fixes and new features, and implementing new integrations. • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements.
