About The Role

This is a contract at-will insurance specialist position to join our team, with a focus on coverage checks and benefits. As an insurance specialist, you will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, communicating with internal/external partners and insurance carriers to gather necessary information, and providing outstanding customer service related to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage accurately

• resolve any issues related to coverage and benefits
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all insurance-related activities
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and explaining insurance policies and procedures related to coverage and benefits
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to coverage and benefits Complete assigned tasks within the deadlines with highest accuracy
• Be available via chat with google meet when needed
