Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Insurance Producer to drive new business development with a focus on real estate, contractor, and cannabis industry clients. This mid-level position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines who is ready to build and expand a book of business in high-growth verticals. The role offers a in person work environment with the flexibility to balance prospecting, client meetings, and relationship building.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license - required
- 3-5 years of commercial insurance production experience
- Demonstrated track record of new business development and meeting sales goals
- Strong knowledge of commercial package policies, general liability, property, and workers' compensation
- Experience with at least one of the following industries: real estate, construction/contractors, or cannabis
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong prospecting skills and self-motivation to drive business growth
- Proficiency with agency management systems and CRM tools
