Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Insurance Producer to drive new business development with a focus on real estate, contractor, and cannabis industry clients. This mid-level position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in commercial lines who is ready to build and expand a book of business in high-growth verticals. The role offers a in person work environment with the flexibility to balance prospecting, client meetings, and relationship building.

Work Environment

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license - required
  • 3-5 years of commercial insurance production experience
  • Demonstrated track record of new business development and meeting sales goals
  • Strong knowledge of commercial package policies, general liability, property, and workers' compensation
  • Experience with at least one of the following industries: real estate, construction/contractors, or cannabis
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong prospecting skills and self-motivation to drive business growth
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and CRM tools
