Overview
We're seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead our Revenue Operations function as we build a best-in-class Go-To-Market (GTM) organization across sales, customer success, and marketing. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex business challenges with technology and AI. Your mandate will be to dramatically increase our GTM efficiency by working closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership teams to optimize workflows, investigate key business questions, and enhance our tooling and systems.
Responsibilities
Apply first-principles thinking to understand stakeholder needs across the organization, learning how SDR, AE, and CSM teams operate and developing innovative approaches to improve their functions
Own and optimize the entire Revenue Operations technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, data platforms, finance, and customer success platforms
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports providing real-time insights to GTM leadership, while analyzing metrics such as win rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, and customer engagement
Automate and streamline workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance systems to eliminate bottlenecks
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and data integrity, ensuring all systems are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable
Identify and troubleshoot GTM bottlenecks, surfacing opportunities for workflow automation or process improvements that reduce friction and accelerate revenue growth
Build and deploy AI-powered solutions alongside Engineering to enhance forecasting, customer segmentation, health scoring, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Logical, first-principles thinker
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, etc.)
Interest in (and experience with) AI-driven solutions, machine learning models, and LLM integration
Technical proficiency: SQL, JavaScript and/or Python (Javascript preferred)
Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to own complex projects and drive them to completion
Additional Job Details
The expected salary and bonus range for this position is $130,000 – $200,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Benefits include equity, flexible vacation (especially during school holiday periods), and a technology stipend.
