  • Surface opportunities for workflow automation or process improvements that reduce friction and expedite deals.

Sales Enablement & Optimization

  • Help onboard new reps to Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, and other internal systems—ensuring proficiency and compliance with best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging sales operations tools and strategies that can enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Team Building

  • Over time, you will build an exceptional team to support our continue growth and scaling.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of working with Salesforce, Outreach, etc.
  • Smart, fast learner
  • Analytical
  • Detail-oriented
  • Naturally driven to optimize and automate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
