The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to own and drive recruiting at Edia. This is a high-impact role responsible for hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, sales, and operations. The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to own and drive recruiting at Edia. This is a high-impact role responsible for hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, sales, and operations. You’ll partner directly with leadership to scale the team and ensure we bring in the best candidates for critical positions, including:
- Staff Engineer
- Senior Product Designer
- Chief of Staff
- Director of Revenue Operations
- Sales Managers & SDRs
- Customer Success Managers
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding top talent.
- Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes to support rapid hiring.
- Develop strong talent pipelines, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with Edia’s mission and values.
- Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting efficiency.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Edia as a top destination for talent.
- Leverage technology, tools, and data to improve sourcing and selection.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups or tech.
- Proven track record of hiring for technical, product, and GTM roles.
- Deep sourcing expertise—comfortable engaging passive candidates.
- Strong process-builder who can implement and refine scalable recruiting systems.
- Data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
