About Deeptune

Deeptune builds training gyms for AI agents. We work with frontier AI labs to help them train the next generation of agentic models.

We’ve raised $5M+ with a world-class founding team. In our first 6 months, we’ve reached 7-figure ARR, and in the next 6 months, we plan to grow by 10x.

What you’ll do

  • Build and own end-to-end operations for our data team, ensuring work is delivered with speed, quality, and reliability.

  • Lead and manage a mix of contractors and vendors, guiding the growth and performance of a rapidly growing team.

  • Act as a thought partner to the rest of the team on how we evolve and scale our data capabilities in service of the company’s broader strategy.

About you

You’re a data-driven operator who can easily switch between building for the future and getting in the weeds to execute on today’s needs.

  • You’ve been on a founding team, founded your own company, or had a major impact at a top-tier company, and you’re ready to join an early-stage team. We care more about what you’ve done, not how long you’ve been doing it.

  • You are motivated by ownership, impact, and building frontier tech.

  • Your work is a craft you want to master.

  • You thrive in ambiguity and love hard problems.

  • You appreciate diverse perspectives and uncommon ideas.

  • You are excited about building in-person, 5 days a week, from our office in Union Square, and are comfortable with 50-60-hour weeks.
