In this role, you'll be the primary orchestrator for impactful, cross-functional initiatives led by our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams, ensuring alignment and execution of technical programs critical for Dandy’s international expansion, from market evaluation through successful launch and scale.

  • Manage Timelines, Dependencies and Risk: Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.

  • Maintain Program Visibility and Alignment: Establish clear communication, develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and program timelines to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.

  • Facilitate Technical Decisions: Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, and resilient across diverse international technical landscapes.

  • Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization.

  • Proven track record of successfully & rapidly delivering large-scale technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, product platforms, and stakeholders.

  • Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies.

  • Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms.
