Job Overview

Dandy is looking for a proactive Sales Enablement Associate to support and enhance our Sales Team's efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing and managing our Sales Team Enablement program. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the company to align sales strategies with our business goals using appropriate learning tools and methodologies. Empowering our Sales Team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the dynamic dental lab industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to create and update comprehensive sales training programs, workflows, and resources to improve sales competencies and drive high impact behaviors.

  • Facilitate and coordinate sales onboarding and everboarding training sessions including e-learning, webinars, reinforcement moments, and role-play experiences.

  • Design and implement skill assessments for the Sales onboarding process.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of learning assets, job-aids and certification programs for the Sales Team.

  • Manage and update sales enablement materials and tools, ensuring they are current and effective.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure the Sales Team is well-informed about company developments and initiatives that affect customer interactions.

  • Foster field engagement through diverse communication channels and feedback mechanisms, including the Field Advisory Board, weekly newsletter, and regular team meetings to socialize sharing success stories.

  • Manage and optimize enablement technologies such as Seismic, Gong, Outreach, Absorb, and Salesforce, focusing on strategy, compliance, and effective usage.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of sales enablement programs, reporting on their effectiveness and outcomes.

  • Assist in organizing and implementing sales team events and communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, Coaching, or related field.

  • Proficiency in enablement technology; Seismic and Gong.io experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build cross-cultural relationships.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and presentation skills.

  • Independent capability to create high-quality training content.

  • Experience in sales strategy, customer journey design, curriculum creation, and enablement best practices.
