About the Role:
The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our DC Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests. We are looking for someone to cover the evening shift which is around 12-9pm Monday through Friday. The hours can range from 30-40/week.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
Communicate and assist with Meeting Room Setup & Breakdown, including clean-up, general support & catering preparations
Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
Purchasing office supplies
Own SalesForce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
Build and update local ops notion pages
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage for Meetups and Events
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
Other ad hoc projects as needed

Proficient in Google programs and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Needs to be based in New York
