About the Role:
The Core Operations Specialist supports the delivery and success of Core, which are hyper-curated 8-12 person peer groups facilitated by an experienced executive coach. Core groups meet monthly for two-hour peer coaching sessions. These candid conversations with executive peers allow our members to connect over shared experiences and problem-solve leadership challenges. Many Chief members consider their Core group a “personal board of advisors.”
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and action on member feedback regarding their Core experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for Core groups going through transitions and ensuring group health concerns are actioned on quickly and effectively
- Communicate with members over email, phone and Zoom to provide best in class support
- Monitor the health and group size of Core Groups and makes recommendations regarding proactive outreach
- Use member feedback to recommend process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with the Guide Operations and Member Experience teams to ensure proper execution of Core Operations for both Chief Members and Guides
- Can synthesize information and provide potential solutions clearly for leadership across different mediums (Slides, Sheets, Email, Slack, Verbal,, etc.)
- Moderate and respond to internal Chief support channels
What You’ve Done and Enjoy Doing:
- Experience in member or client facing role
- Excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working in Excel
- Detail-oriented and hyper-organized, you have a system to keep track of anything and everything
- Methodical, determined, and dedicated to the project at hand
- A ‘no task is too small’ attitude
- High-energy, flexible, and excited to learn and roll up your sleeves in a startup environment; previous startup experience a plus
- Passion for the Company’s mission, positioning and brand — to empower women in business and spark change from the top
Compensation: $75,000 base
