As we scale, we are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to shape our product narrative, contribute to our go-to-market strategy, and drive adoption among leading manufacturing organizations. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will own the messaging and execution required to position our AI solutions as the market leader in manufacturing quality intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Head of Marketing, working closely with Product, Sales, and Solutions to ensure our offerings resonate with our target market and drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for building and scaling the product marketing function, developing differentiated messaging and supporting continued revenue growth and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Own the launch process for new features and products, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and market impact
Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the manufacturing sector, highlighting technical differentiators, AI-driven insights, and ROI
Develop and refine buyer personas, leveraging deep understanding of manufacturing customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes
Create and maintain sales enablement materials – including pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, and product collateral-to empower the sales team
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions based on market feedback and customer requirements
Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize messaging and inform future strategy
Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team as the company
Requirements
6+ years of progressively responsible product marketing experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, industrial IoT, or AI/analytics products
2+ years of management experience
Background in B2B SaaS, Data or AI
Demonstrated success in launching new capabilities and developing value propositions
Proven ability to develop differentiated messaging and positioning for technical products to non-technical and technical audiences
Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques
Experience influencing across groups with strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrates high level of personal credibility
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with all levels within an organization
Track record of excellent management skills, including recruiting, upskilling and mentoring
Strong analytical background with ability to mentor others
Demonstrated commercial mindset with a deep understanding of how to partner with sales and product to drive growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and content

Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing AI capabilities
Familiarity with quality management, process optimization, or industrial automation technologies
Technical background or the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into customer value
