We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementation and platform configuration for enterprise clients. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs and technical delivery, collaborating closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure our platform delivers measurable value through effective solution design.

What You’ll do

• Analyze customer data and analytics requirements to drive platform value

• Configure and optimize platform solutions to meet specific customer requirements and ensure this directly addresses customer value drivers

• Assess and validate readiness for successful platform demonstrations in conjunction with the client service team

• Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to optimize analytical approaches for customer use cases

• Manage multiple concurrent client implementations efficiently

• Document technical specifications and implementation requirements

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data science

• Enterprise software implementation experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and align them with solution benefits

• Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to manage changing priorities
