What you will do:

• Understand healthcare/medical data from clients, and devise strategies to solve pain points and add business value in healthcare related field.

• Work on data exploration, analysis, and automation of data cleaning tasks, including clinical trial data, patient data, or medical records.

• Work with the data science and product team to generate required insights on the client’s data.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical technology).

• 1-3+ years of experience with a renowned pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare research organization.

• Experience working with healthcare data, including clinical trial data, patient data, or medical records.

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas) and familiarity with healthcare-specific data analysis tools and software.

• Ability to understand, interpret, and define relationships among entities in healthcare data and technical statements.

• Capable of working on engagements from understanding business objectives through data

• Exploration, identification, and validation in a healthcare context.

• Collaboration with stakeholders, including healthcare data scientists, medical researchers, data engineers, and product managers.

• Entrepreneurial and driven, with enthusiasm for being part of a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to the healthcare industry.

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) relevant to medical and clinical texts.

• Experience with startups in the healthcare sector.

• In-depth knowledge of Python and machine learning, preferably in healthcare-related NLP.

• Strong capability in generating insights from healthcare data and leading a team in a healthcare environment
