About Arcade

Arcade is building the world’s first AI physical product creation platform, where imagination becomes reality. Our platform lets anyone design, purchase, and sell custom, manufacturable products using natural language and generative AI. We believe everyone should have the power to create physical goods as easily as they post online, and we’re building the infrastructure to make that real for both consumers and businesses.

We’ve raised $42M from a world-class group of investors, including Reid Hoffman, Forerunner Ventures (Kirsten Green), Canaan Partners (Laura Chau), Adverb Ventures (April Underwood), Factorial Funds (Sol Bier), Offline Ventures (Brit Morin), Sound Ventures (Ashton Kutcher), Inspired Capital (Alexa von Tobel), and Torch Capital (Jonathan Keidan). Our angel investors include Elad Gil, Ev Williams, Marissa Mayer, Sara Beykpour, Kayvon Beykpour, Anna Veronika Dorogush, Eugenia Kuyda, David Luan, Sharon Zhou, Kelly Wearstler, Karlie Kloss, Colin Kaepernick, Christy Turlington Burns, and Jeff Wilke.

Arcade is headquartered in San Francisco’s Presidio and led by serial entrepreneur Mariam Naficy (Minted, Eve), and a mission-driven team from Google, Apple, Stability AI, Glean, NVIDIA, Databricks, LinkedIn, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, and more. Arcade’s Chief AI Officer is Varun Jampani, a leading researcher who co-authored Dreambooth and created Stable Diffusion 3.5, among other things. Raghudeep Gadde, Head of Research at Arcade, was formerly a Principal Scientist at Amazon. Together, we’re pioneering a new category at the intersection of AI, personal expression, and on-demand manufacturing, and we’re building fast.

The Role

This is a founding growth role, and it is not a traditional marketing job. You will own how Arcade B2B finds, prioritizes, and reaches every business on earth that should be selling on our platform. Think of it as data science with business acumen on top: you'll treat go-to-market as an engineering problem, building scalable, tech-enabled outreach systems rather than running conventional social campaigns.

You'll be the first GTM hire, working directly with the CEO and leadership team, and your work will directly determine how fast this business compounds.

What you'll do

  • Build the ICP from raw data. Acquire large datasets, help define our ideal customers, and rank the universe by priority — then pressure-test those hypotheses empirically.

  • Engineer outreach at scale. Design and run tech-enabled outbound across email and direct Messaging.

  • Turn signal into pipeline. Stand up systems to surface warm leads, then convert them into qualified outbound.

  • Run performance marketing as a science. Own paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels, optimizing campaigns against pipeline and revenue outcomes.

  • Own the end-to-end growth engine, from acquisition through activation, conversion, and retention.

Who you are

We care far more about someone who genuinely wants to do this work than about a perfect résumé. That said, the people who thrive here tend to look like:

  • A technical generalist with a quantitative foundation — a background in data science, applied math, physics, CS, or a similarly rigorous field.

  • A top graduate who could have gone into engineering, PE, or consulting — and wants something more entrepreneurial and higher-ownership instead.

  • Business-minded but hands-on with data. Comfortable reasoning about markets, customers, and unit economics, while also being the person who actually manipulates the dataset.

  • Fluent in modern no-code and low-code GTM tooling. SQL and Python are a plus.

  • Relentlessly resourceful. You default to building a system rather than doing something manually twice, and you're energized by ambiguity and a blank page.

What we offer

  • The chance to define go-to-market for a brand-new AI category, from zero, alongside a proven founder and a top-tier investor base.

  • Real ownership and visible impact — your experiments become the company's growth engine.

  • A small, exceptional, in-person team that moves fast and holds a very high bar.

  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
