Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class service to Niural clients to support our business needs, prioritize their experience and drive continued growth
  • Anticipate and solve customer concerns and guide our clients to success on the Niural platform
  • Act as a main point of contact post implementation/onboarding, build and nature relationships with Niural clients as trusted advisor
  • Assist with troubleshooting and solving customer issues that arise in a timely manner with a positive attitude and high quality customer service in mind
  • Conduct trainings to maximize product adoption among all client users
  • Lead and execute customer expansion projects to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Identify client needs to provide feedback to other areas of our business such as Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing

You will succeed in this role if:

  • Previous experience in tax remittance/filling softwares such as Master Tax/Assure PTM
  • General understanding and knowledge payroll operations including quarterly/annual payroll tax payments/filling process
  • You are confidently fearless, embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit. You're a natural leader, resourceful and thrive under pressure

A college degree in Business with CPA is preferred but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job and desire to learn and grow.

  • 1-5 years of direct client relationship management, preferably in a SaaS company with some exposure to HR leaders, CFOs, COOs, CPAs and Accounting firms
  • Familiarity with payroll tax remittance/fillings softwares such as ADP/Master Tax, Symmetry/ Assure PTM
  • Understanding of various payroll related federal, states, local taxes and compliance is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and other project management solutions
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced, team centric environment and is adaptable to change
  • Detail-oriented; able to capture proper information correctly and accurately with excellent organization skills
  • A willingness to learn, a positive and hard-working attitude with Patience and tenacity
